Was haltet ihr davon, wenn wir uns mal hinsetzen und das Zielsystem dokumentieren? So, als wäre es vorhanden und vollständig dokumentiert.
Dann kann sich anschließend jeder hinsetzen und Teilaspekte davon bearbeiten - konsistent, da der Zielzustand ja dokumentiert ist.
Offene Fragen beantworten wir durch Ergänzen der Dokumentation.
